International Welcome Desk
Since 2013, ISU Services and Consulting has collaborated with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia to offer dedicated services to international students, research fellows, and visiting professors through the International Welcome Desk.


The International Welcome Desk provides support to international users for:

  • Finding accommodation; 
  • applying for a tax code; 
  • applying for a residence permit for the first time or renewing it; 
  • opening a bank account; 
  • guidance and support in choosing health insurance (public or private); 
  • guidance with daily bureaucratic procedures; 
  • guidance on UNIMORE's training offerings; 
  • enroling in the INPS Separate Management; 
  • procedures for entry and residence for family members.

The International Welcome Desk accepts appointments, either in person or via video call, which can be booked through one of the channels listed above.
