The Master aims to train professionals specialized in organizational, management, and control models related to occupational safety, environmental regulations, and public procurement, as well as risk prevention experts (Modules A, B, and C), also in the sectors of Residential Healthcare (B-SP3) and Chemical - Petrochemical (B-SP4).
According to the State-Regions Agreement dated 7 July 2016, the Master qualifies participants for the role of HSE Officer/Manager (A/RSPP) – Modules A, B, and C – and is valid for continuing professional development in the same role.

The objective of the Master's programme is to promote a culture of prevention and safety, including environmental protection, as well as the implementation of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and integrated management systems within both private and public companies.
The programme is structured into ten didactic modules and is delivered through a multidisciplinary, practice-oriented approach. Each module includes lectures, case study discussions, group work, and hands-on exercises.
The programme includes intermediate assessments, with a test at the end of the first five modules and another at the end of the lessons. The Master's ends with the presentation and discussion of a final thesis. The teaching methodology encourages active interaction between students and lecturers, fostering the development of the competencies set out in the programme objectives.
