Applicants must hold a university degree of at least three years in accordance with the current regulations (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification). Candidates with other recognised qualifications deemed suitable under current regulations for access to university Postgraduate Course programs may also be admitted.

Admission to the Postgraduate Course is based on an evaluation of qualifications. No entrance examinations are required. Candidates are assessed based on the relevance of their academic degree and previous educational background in relation to the Postgraduate Course’s objectives and content. The evaluation is conducted by a committee appointed by the Scientific Committee of the program.

The Postgraduate Course prepares professionals capable of operating in sports contexts by integrating educational, organisational, and sustainability skills. Graduates may undertake roles such as:
- Sustainability Manager in the sports sector
- Disability Access Officer (DAO) or roles dedicated to inclusion and accessibility in sport
- coordinators or managers of educational and social projects through sport
- professionals involved in designing and managing sustainable sports policies.
Professional opportunities include positions in sports federations, clubs and associations, third-sector organisations, public administrations, and organisations engaged in the development of sports, educational, and sustainability projects.

The Postgraduate Course aims to develop interdisciplinary skills that enable participants to:
- understand the main psychological and pedagogical models applied to sport, particularly in youth and educational contexts
- promote well-being, inclusion, and participation through sports activities
- design and manage educational and organisational interventions in sports contexts
- analyse and evaluate sports environments using psycho-pedagogical and organisational tools
- understand and apply environmental and social sustainability principles in the management of organisations and sports facilities
- develop planning and management skills for initiatives and projects, including national and European-level projects, in the fields of sport and sustainability.
