Students' Secretarial Offices

The Students' Secretarial Offices deal with the school careers of students; they provide information on paperwork procedures and expiry dates; they check the regularity of school careers and look after the management of the general students’ archive; they issue all approved certificates.
The Secretarial Offices also provide information on: entrance to restricted-number courses, registration, transfers, degree course transit, termination of studies, personalised study curriculum, military service postponement, etc.

Some procedures can be performed through self-service stations (towers) or via Internet at website: www.esse3.unimore.it.

Opening hours – Students' secretarial offices

By phone: Monday to Friday between 10 am and 11 am
Counter: Monday and Wednesday 3 pm – 5 pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11 am – 1.30 pm

Opening hours – Enrolment offices

Counter: Monday and Wednesday 9 am – 1.30 pm and 3 pm – 5 pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am – 1.30 pm.
The enrolment offices are closed during the week from 14 to 18 August.
